Job Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.

• Apply SAP Activate methodology in all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• Act as the main bridge between business Process Owners, Key Users, the implementer, SAP vendor, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure solution design adheres to the greenfield model, promoting the adoption of SAP Best Practices through a fit-to-standard approach.
• Coordinate responsibilities between ERP infrastructure (managed by SAP) and application configurations.
• Proactively identify integration risks and delays, reporting progress to the Executive Project Management.
• Supervise data migration strategy and detailed planning for various project go-lives.
• Manage and mitigate cultural resistance to Fit-to-Standard.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
