Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, enforcing best practices and quality standards.

• Act as the main technical reference for architectural decisions and complex problem-solving.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and effective use of Jira and Confluence.

• Delegate tasks efficiently while remaining hands-on during critical delivery phases.

• Guide the team in Salesforce configuration and component development.

• Actively contribute to technical planning and solution architecture definition.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs.

• Tools: Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end development on the Salesforce platform.

• Advanced knowledge of:

  • REST API integrations

  • Salesforce security models and architecture

  • Debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions

• Strong experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) — a highly valued differentiator for hybrid architectures and integrations.

• Experience with React, following componentization best practices.

• Solid background in unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models.

• Strong DevOps mindset, including:

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

  • Version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
