We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions, with a strong focus on software development and Artificial Intelligence integration. This professional will play a strategic role in defining architecture, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of software development solutions.

• Support and integrate Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of implemented solutions.

• Mentor and guide full-stack engineers and developers, promoting development best practices.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering (experience with AI is a plus).

• Solid experience integrating custom development solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, middleware).

• Proficiency in Python, React, Node.js, or Java.

• Strong technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
